What should be the name of my new band?
-Tyra Collette: Still doing the Christian death metal thing? Corruptible Seed actually works pretty well.
-Jess Merriweather: Wasn't House Centipedes the original name of the Beatles or something?
-Vince Howard: I'm with Coach on this one. I got to go with All-Purpose Yardage too, man.
-Julie Taylor: You guys have any gigs in Chicago yet?
-Landry Clarke: We're just working on the name for now. Then we'll worry about scheduling the cross-country tour.
- Matt Saracen: Dude, how do you have time to be in a band?
-Landry Clarke: How can I not have time for a band?

Matt took it hard. As the voices roaring from the guest bleachers seemed to fill the field, he could not have felt more isolated. The crowd filtered out behind him as he stood in the end zone, just staring at the ground. He could feel the town’s disappointment; not because of what they were saying, but because of how little was being said.
It was his fault. He froze on that last play, letting himself get hit mid-play, fumbling the ball. He couldn’t handle the pressure, especially with just recently getting back his starting position.
Soon enough, the stadium was nearly empty. Just a few of his teammates stuck around, quietly waiting as Matt took his time resolving himself. They didn’t know what to say to him, but they surely didn’t blame it all on Matt. There were a lot of mistakes made, and they all just expected him to clean it up in the last quarter. As their fearless leader took his spot back on first string, they expected more.
Matt just stood there, not knowing how to face everyone. Losses and screw-ups have happened before, but this one was harder to deal with. This game was going to validate Matt. It was going to prove that he deserved that spot, not just his placement there because some freshman couldn’t be a “team player”.
He couldn’t even prove that to himself, and he felt so, so alone.
The couple first met in early 2010 as costars of the ABC pilot "The Matadors," which wasn't picked up to series. Sanchez, 36, is currently starring on A&E's "The Glades," set to return for a fourth season in 2013.
Gilford, 30, best known for playing QB Matt Saracen on "FNL," most recently starred in the freshman series "Mob Doctor," canceled by FOX after 13 episodes. Next up is his big-screen role alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in "The Last Stand," premiering Jan. 18, 2013.
The newlyweds will be especially busy in 2013: Sanchez and Gilford's first child is due very early in the year.
